We understand that returns happen! It's ok! We want you to love our product! All unused and unworn shields will be accepted as long as the original tags are attached. Please try the product on your horse before removing tags. Due to sanitary reasons, returned products found to be used will not be accepted. This includes stains, urine, smells, rips, damaged buckles, etc.
We must receive the returned item within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return, your refund (minus the original shipping fee) will be processed within 3-6 business days.
To exchange for a different size, we must receive the returned unused item within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Due to sanitary reasons, returned products found to be used will not be accepted. This includes stains, urine, smells, rips, damaged buckles, etc.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo of the defective product to AlphaSheathShield@Outlook.com along with all the details of your order invoice such as name and order number.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges associated with returning an item. Please include a copy of the invoice and please state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction.
*It is highly recommended that you place tracking on your return package should your package get lost amidst it's travels back to us.
